Destin Bujang, professionally known as Diamond Promo, is a Toronto-based creative executive, event architect, and cultural curator whose work sits at the intersection of entertainment, community, and global storytelling. As the founder of Diamond Promo Entertainment, Destin has spent over a decade shaping some of the city’s most memorable nightlife, music, and cultural experiences. His signature events — including French Connection, Rain or Shine, L’Afro, and Afro Groove — have become staples in the GTA, celebrated for their energy, diversity, and ability to bring beautiful people together under one vibe.

In 2025, Destin expanded his creative vision by co-founding Diamondd Records, a label dedicated to elevating Afro-fusion, hip-hop, R&B, and globally inspired artists. Diamondd Records is committed to nurturing talent and amplifying Toronto’s multicultural sound onto the world stage.

Beyond entertainment, Destin is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) and holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Toronto. He is also a professor and consultant, using his expertise to support organizations, teach emerging professionals, and contribute to community development across the GTA. Destin is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Black Creek Youth Initiative (BCYI) — a registered charitable organization serving young people and families through mentorship, leadership development, violence prevention, and community-centered supports.

Balancing artistry with impact, Destin brings authenticity, creativity, and purpose to every project he touches. Whether producing major cultural events, developing emerging artists, commentating tournaments, teaching in the classroom, or empowering youth on the ground, his work is driven by one vision: creating experiences that uplift culture, build community, and inspire the next generation.
